At Lumentee, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@lumentee.com with:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared.
- Securely pack the product and ship it to the provided address.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.
Exchanges may be requested for:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Defective products
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
There will be no additional charges for approved defective or incorrect-item claims.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
